More pictures

 

Lets get back to business!

Well it's time to get some pictures of my new work circulating. I have been making beads and will show you those as well as more of my glass frit pictures, they sell as soon as they arrive at The Glass House!   I have also added some wonderful fused and slumped plates that I am really excited about.
I have been teaching Glassbead making and that is going well, I love teaching.
I have more pieces up on Etsy as well as getting things ready for a few shows. I am participating in Fantasy in the Forest again this year and will let you know about others as they are getting close.

Well it has been quite some time since I last blogged, or since I have had the chance to make beads.  Now its time to get back to both!!!!  The reason for this, although most of you know is that we have moved to a house in the country just outside of  Belleville Ontario.  Martin has been working hard to get my studio all set up and all that is left to do now is finish unpacking my tools and find places for them all.  I am really excited to get back to making beads and jewelry.  I took a job at The Glass House in Kingston, I am really enjoying myself there and soon will be teaching bead making in the studio we are setting up there. For now I am helping fill custom orders, doing repairs, and helping customers and it's definitely rekindled my love of stained glass.  My jewelry and some stained glass pieces are also there on consignment.
  I am hoping to do more online sales in the future, and get into some shows, this area is a great supporter of art and there are alot of opportunities to sell.  I have been checking out all the shows lately and am deciding which ones to apply for.
  When I start creating I will keep you up to date with pictures.

Hey come and join me and a number of other talented Artists in Port Dover's Powell Park. The town also has sidewalk sales and antique vendors and a huge book sale.
